Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) assuming stock is available.

Lifetime Warranty

Dog Pet Crates warrants to the original purchaser that its Dog Crate products are free from manufacturing defects. If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! At Dog Pet Crates, we are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any purchase, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs (note exceptions below). We understand that our business will only grow by satisfying you, our customer, and therefore everything that we offer carries this warranty.

Return Policy

To return any item, ship it back to our partner company - Radio Fence Distributors, Inc. - using the address details below via UPS, Federal Express or Parcel Post. Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it with your shipment. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, we will absorb the S&H charges of the new product to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns, just exchanges. Please send returns and exchanges to:
